For an overview first the proposal from Gerald Croft to Sheila Briling happened. Then they talked a little bit about them and then the inspector took place in the story. Then it began to thrill because the father had told his story then the son and first Gerald told their story and then Sheila came to the game. The most important part of the story in my opinion is that the mother Sybil told that Eva came to receive some help and the mother denied the story she had told because she couldn’t belive her although the man who had left Eva with the baby was her own son. I found that the part where the mother had shown her real face and she sweared about that man and how he could leave a pregnant girl with a baby who belongs to him.
